TCC Management is a small business in Lapeer, MI. TCC Management owns and operates 110 manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks) and recreational campgrounds (RV parks) across the United States. We are seeking a part-time, entry-level assistant for tasks such as handling mail (opening, sorting, and distributing), filing, and answering phones. This position offers 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM—ideal for someone looking for a little extra work. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Please contact 810-660-7667. Responsibilities:
- Work in a busy office setting.
- Mail sort/scan/email docs to correct person.
- Answer phones and transfer to correct employee
- Interact with coworkers, vendors, and the public to solve problems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as word processing, answering phones, filing, scanning, and e-mailing documents, .
- Answer questions or address customer needs in a friendly manner.
