Job Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead one location as a District Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing multiple locations, and driving sales performance.
Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As a District Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing multiple locations, including recruiting, training, and coaching employees
- Driving sales performance through effective inventory management, customer retention, and marketing efforts
- Maintaining store organization, appearance, and presentation
- Building and developing succession planning for employees
- Conducting team meetings and weekly one-on-one conversations around development of individual/team performance
- Responsible for creating and managing weekly schedules to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to travel 100% of the time with reliable transportation and overnights
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
