Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district sales targets.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably as a District Sales Manager or similar position.
