TCH Industries, a leading hose manufacturing company based in Twinsburg, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a true "Hunter" sales professional, one who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with potential clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and OEM sectors.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the latest product offerings.
Manage and expand your sales territory by identifying key accounts and opportunities.
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with potential clients.
Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Familiarity with industrial hose, fittings, or fluid transfer products is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
