Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and leadership abilities, ensuring that all systems function efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, with a focus on customer service and maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.

Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all equipment (Cranes, Bucking Units, Power Washers, Sand Blasting, Air Compressors, and Fork Lift)
• Work closely with management to oversee all building-related activities on site and at employee housing
• Effectively plan and repair equipment and facility projects, and track its progess
• Plan, coordinate and maintain all relevant activities and documentation for repairs, certifications, parts lists, service/work orders, and yard work that is conducted
• Manage and oversee all building-related activities such as office space allocation, parking allocation, waste disposal, building security, building maintenance, etc.
• Develop policies and procedures that support business objectives
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures and ensure that the facility and all relevant building-related activities meets applicable regulations, safety, and security standards;
• Oversee and maintain waste management and disposal to adhere to all environmental laws and regulations and minimize risk to property and equipment.
• Provide reports and budget forecasting for all building-related activities, as needed;
• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
• Complete and document tasks/work orders assigned through KPA
• Performs routine maintenance on buildings and equipment within the facility and the man camp
• Maintain man camp assignments and vacancies
• Document and report property status to stakeholders
• Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions
• Conduct daily inspections
• Ensure equipment complies with safety standards.
• Adhere to safety requirements by wearing appropriate protective gear
• Maintain a clean, organized, productive, efficient, and safe workplace through implementing common sense organizational processes and daily cleaning systems.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• OH7110-001TA Overhead Crane Certified a plus but not required
• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain various systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Valid Drivers License
• Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.55 - $30.00 per hour

Salary : $26 - $30
