- Bilingual Skills? Bonus!
- Strong Computer Skills? A Must!
- Run various weekly compliance reports for all shop locations
- Maintain outside vendor list and report to necessary personnel
- Pull back-up data when requested, for CHP inspections or repairs performed on customer owned equipment
- Assign service intervals for all company units
- Enter components and all warranty information for equipment
- Assist with the “in-service” process to begin warranty on new equipment received
- Manage and notify team of received recall notices
- Order bulk fuel for all shop locations
- Manage Fuel logs and pump pricing
- Open and process repair orders as needed
- Perform additional tasks or projects as requested by management
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience required
- Work hours: M-F 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, no overtime unless approved
- Perform additional tasks as related to position, as requested by management
- May require mandatory overtime with advanced notification
- May require mandatory weekend work with advanced notification
- May require travel to local TCI shops, with advanced notification
- A high level of business ethics and confidentiality.
