Description

General Responsibility:
The Operations Administrator provides broad-based administrative support to help with achieving operational goals. This role requires adaptability within a collaborative office environment for the administrative logistics that keep the Single-Family Homes division running efficiently. Handles complex responsibilities related to the primary focus of job area.
Significant Duties:
- Responsible for the setup and maintained of Procore for Superintendents and Quality Control
- Assist Superintendents with training (Procore, Production report)
- Create Purchase order for all Operations Subcontractors
- Review and approve Backhoe/Hot mop/Storage container invoices
- Schedules Storage containers for jobsites
- Communicates with Superintendents to update router dates
- Maintain Production Report
- Prints weekly budget reports for Superintendents and GM
- Processes reimbursements for field personnel
- Ensure to process job closing dates in Sage (Super Check)
- Partner with SFH General Manager and coordinate Foreman monthly bonuses
- Coordinates superintendent bonus report
- Responsible for running closed job projects and processing month end jobs
- Process over/under billing weekly
- Damages Paid List
- Orders Office Supplies
- Creating Redbooks
- Taking Meeting Notes (Thursday Operations Meeting)
- Call in Dig alert backhoe Subs
- Complete Calcerts/Chrees
- Criterion (Timekeeping System)

- High school diploma or GED equivalent, continued/ongoing education and training related to purchasing functions.
- One or more years of clerical/administrative experience.
- High proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Must be able to use critical thinking to effectively solve issues
- Good typing skills and ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing and managing situations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels in the organization.

The position of Operations Administrator requires that you can lift objects that weigh up to 25 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms.
