Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Owner with strong Cybersecurity experience to join the Cyber Security Technology (CST) team within Global Information Security. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver secure technology solutions, drive product vision and roadmap, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity goals within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; convert business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams (.NET or Java-based).
- Maintain continuous alignment with Cybersecurity goals, compliance standards, and technical constraints.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools to track progress and KPIs.
- Guide development teams, resolve blockers, and ensure shared understanding of deliverables.
- Engage stakeholders regularly to validate product direction and gather feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development.
- Strong Cybersecurity domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Agile tools.
- Background with .NET or Java development environments.
- Experience working with banking/financial clients is mandatory.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is required.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
