TCS Mobility is hiring for a Operations Supervisor to provide direction while making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, and develop staff.

Essential Functions of Operations Supervisor :
Maintain attendance log for operators and other appropriate staff.Monitor operators.Maintain scheduling and performance data in the event of real-time operations.Communicating effectively with operations, safety, and maintenance staff.Document daily events accurately and appropriately.Maintain professional demeanor and appearance.Handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Monitor driver hours to meet local and federal laws and rules.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standardsManage a team of drivers and other transportation personnel, providing guidance and support as neededMonitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with other departments to coordinate transportation needs and ensure timely delivery of goodsMaintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operationsPrepare reports and presentations on transportation performance for management reviewQualifications of Operations Supervisor :
High School Diploma or Equivalent.Must be 21 or over.Valid Drivers LicenseObtain and maintain a DOT physical.Strong customer service skills.Data entry and general knowledge of windows and Microsoft Office package.Ability to read, write and speak English - basic knowledge of Spanish may be required. depending on contract location and requirements.Able to use multi-line phone system and handle multiple tasks concurrently.Ability to work independently and follow directions.Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.Additional Qualifications
A clean driving record and background check.You must be able to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal. background check.Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, DOT drug test, and DOT physical exam before performing duties.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,500
