Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our Deltek Costpoint system, oversee accounting functions, and coordinate business operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Deltek Costpoint, accounting, and a background in logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deltek Costpoint Management :
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system.
Ensure accurate entry and management of financial transactions within the system.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.Accounting Functions :Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Conduct month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.Develop and implement financial controls to ensure data integrity and safeguard assets.Defense Contracting :Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and standards.
Prepare and submit financial reports and invoices in accordance with defense contract requirements.Coordinate with government auditors and respond to audit inquiries.Team Collaboration and Leadership :Lead and mentor a team of accounting and logistics professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.Provide training and support to staff on Deltek Costpoint and related processes.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on defense contracting and logistics.Solid Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is required.Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.Experience with supply chain management in a defense contracting environment.Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and defense contract audit agency (DCAA) requirements.Benefits :
