Assembly Technician
Skilled and versatile technician with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and tool room operations. Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and models, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining electrical/controls devices such as sensors, vision systems, load cells, and pressure sensors. Experienced with manual milling and lathe operations, capable of fabricating without blueprints. Knowledgeable in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and machining processes. Adept at working with a variety of tools and measuring instruments, and highly organized with a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

- Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems comprehension
- Electrical/controls devices (sensors, vision systems, load cells, LVDTs, pressure sensors)
- Manual machining (milling, lathe)
- Fabrication without blueprints
- Welding and sheet metal fabrication
- Tool room equipment operation
- Blueprint and schematic reading
- Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
