What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Technician position at Paragon Force, Inc?
We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Assembly Technician to join our team! As part of our dynamic waterjet facility, you’ll start by assisting with assembly tasks, while also having the opportunity to learn and grow across all areas of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembly operations while ensuring quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality checks
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks across production areas
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Favorable background screen and toxicology screen
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
