Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Workspace Administrator to join our U.S. Financial Crimes Risk Management Communications team. This role will be instrumental in the design and implementation of a case management system using Microsoft Power Platform, and in the design and optimization of intranet sites (currently, SharePoint) for the U.S. FCRM Business office.

The Digital Workspace Administrator will ensure the intranet sites are functional, visually appealing, and remain consistently updated. They will also create a flagship, all-encompassing SharePoint site for the U.S. FCRM team.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, design sensibility, and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration and effective knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a case management application using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with the U.S. FCRM business office to gather requirements and set up intranet sites tailored to departmental needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain intranet sites, ensuring user-friendly interfaces, sharp visuals, and optimal functionality.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the flagship U.S. FCRM intranet site, ensuring it is an all-encompassing, error-free, and visually polished resource for employees.
  • Integrate case management workflows with SharePoint libraries, Power BI dashboards, task tracking tools, and other systems.
  • Collaborate with U.S. FCRM lines of business to regularly update and manage the storage of procedural and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and consistence across all sites.
  • Monitor and resolve all technical issues so that sites operate smoothly and meet business needs.
  • Implement permissions and user access settings and maintain secure, appropriate access for all users.
  • Maintain consistent branding and design standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on effective site use, enhancing adoption and productivity.
  • Ensure intranet sites align with broader communications strategies.
  • Assist with other Communications projects as needed, including design of documents and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Expertise : Experience creating functional and visually appealing sites, including but not limited to proficiency in SharePoint design, development, and administration, customizing lists, the Microsoft Power Platform, JavaScript, and ASPX pages. Experience developing and continuously innovating by utilizing the latest features of low/no-code development tools within the Power Platform.
  • Design: Experience developing detailed design specifications, creating and reviewing code and assessing impact on other applications. Strong attention to detail and an eye for sharp, professional design and layout.
  • Communications: Ability to write clear, concise content and understand communications strategies to support team goals.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical, creative, and proactive in resolving technical challenges, delivering viable solutions, and improving site functionality.
  • Data Security Expertise: Ensure applications meet the highest standards for information security, data reliability, and ease of use. Design systems that support privacy and access to information rights within public service
  • Project Management: Experience leading technical aspects of a project from inception through deployment. Strong commitment to support and maintenance post-delivery while contributing to future enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and across lines of business.
  • Knowledge of additional tools such as PowerApps and Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, OneDrive, etc.) and experience with workflows automation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services, risk management, or regulatory environments is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform
  • 3 years of experience in SharePoint design and administration.
  • Experience in a corporate communications environment or financial services sector is highly desirable.
