About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Reporting Lead to join our team at TD Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Financial Crimes Management performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of performance reporting office for Financial Crimes Management
- Development and maintenance of key performance metrics aligned with FCM strategic priorities
- Collaboration with Data teams to ensure appropriate data is being leveraged for build out of performance reporting
- Creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reporting using visualization systems (e.g., Tableau)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- 10 years related experience
- Strong analytical aptitude to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Expertise in creating and utilizing data visualization to create reporting
- Ability to understand key metric drivers and translate performance data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
