TD Mechanical Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee our vendor booth and branding presence at an upcoming golf tournament at Kapolei Golf Club on Friday, May 9, 2025. This is a one-day contract opportunity ideal for a seasoned professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for executing high-quality, engaging event experiences. You’ll be responsible for planning and managing all logistics for our on-course setup, coordinating with tournament staff, overseeing vendor materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who brings creativity and energy to the table—literally. As part of this role, you’ll be encouraged to help us design a fun, eye-catching booth experience that draws in golfers, whether it’s through games, giveaways, themed décor, or interactive elements. You’ll also manage a brand ambassador on-site, guiding them to connect with attendees, distribute promotional items, and highlight our services in a memorable way.
Responsibilities include booth setup and breakdown (tent, table, chairs, signage), coordinating refreshments, managing supplies, and capturing light content (photos or video clips) for social media. Experience in vendor management, event marketing, hospitality, or guest services is highly preferred. Reliable transportation and early arrival (by 6:00 AM) are required.
The ideal candidate has proven event coordination experience, is highly creative, organized, and comfortable working in outdoor environments. A background in hospitality, knowledge of event promotion strategies, and exceptional people skills are all a plus.
