Overview Responsible for directing and managing all activities of Field Service operations at the assigned service facility in accordance with approved policies, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. Executes business development and improvement plans / initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Operational Efficiency & Management : Proactively identify inefficiencies in operational processes, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and enforce best practices for prioritizing tasks, managing peak workloads, and aligning with company objectives. Ensure compliance with ASNT SNT TC 1A and other applicable industry standards and regulations.
- Financial Acumen : Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high service quality and efficiency. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Manage operation budget and execute capital plans to maximize return on investment.
- Customer Relations & Service : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring prompt technical support, proactive issue resolution, and a consistent, high-quality service experience. Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to drive service excellence. Drive a high level of customer confidence by understanding customer needs and ensuring service jobs are successfully completed in a timely manner.
- Leadership & Team Development : Manage the team in accordance with the TDW values system, supporting accountability, communication, and growth. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Develop training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities within the team. Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving : Navigate and manage significant changes in the business environment with resilience and strategic foresight. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in unexpected operational challenges, ensuring effective decision-making despite limited information. Lead and foster continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Ensure HSE policies and procedures are followed and that the facilities comply with company, local, and governmental safety regulations. Promote a safety-first culture across all field service operations. Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
- Diversified business-related experience, including management responsibility, leading and managing others effectively, and leading a field operations team.
- Experience in operations or project management in relevant pipeline and / or oil and gas industry. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficient in the use of computers, with intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
