Overview Responsible for management and oversight of all aspects of pigging business line projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, risk mitigation, internal staffing, outside vendors, any contractual deliverables of the project, as well as project status. Key Responsibilities Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Monitor and participate in defining overall project resource requirements, objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for strategic projects.
- Manage the process of complex customer requests like ETOs for traps from quoting to delivery.
- Manage the NPD process to monitor progress and communication among stakeholders.
- Review project plans and collaborate with other internal groups / departments to monitor changing needs and requirements.
- Use organizational change management tools to ensure internal teams buy-in to the project objectives.
- Use understanding of project management best practices to ensure the proper use of tools necessary to execute the project for the largest positive impact to the organization.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with global team members, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate efforts with project team members and liaise with all departments involved in the projects.
- Track project milestones to ensure projects are completing as planned.
- Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated effectively. Experience
- High School Diploma and five (5) years of technical experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Bachelor's degree in business and engineering and three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience preferred.
- Experience in an engineering environment required.
- Experience executing multiple projects required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques to handle project changes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Knowledge of pipeline operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
