The IT Operation Analyst I provides technology-based customer service support and conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents / issues working with technology groups, to resolve within established timeframes.
This role works on a 7 day rotation. Operating hours are from 6am - 10:30pm. Will require flexibility.
