Essential Duties
- Assist in preparing pre-job tasks and presenting segments of continuing planning meetings to ensure all special reports, studies and statistical analysis.
- Responsibilities include conducting project team members understand contract terms and conditions, clauses, schedules or any unusual requirements of the project.
- Accompany superintendents on project quality walks and attend various project team meetings.
- Depending on company assignment, you will learn practical skills in project management, construction management, estimating, scheduling or construction engineering
- Learn the basics of project costs, tracking materials, project coordination, safety and managing submittals
- Have a hands-on, career enhancing experience on heavy/civil construction projects
Minimum Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in LIST DEGREE TYPE HERE
- Currently college level: Junior or Senior student
- At least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week
- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
