- Daily Deposit
- A/P
- A/R
- Reconciling daily sales
- Process down payments
- Tracking Major inventory (i.e. boats, trailers, motors)
- DMV registration
- Tracking Flooring (financing for major inventory)
- Input inventory received (i.e. parts, accessories)
- Payroll
- Hours tracking
- Input hours for ADP
- Commissions
- Benefit tracking (health and retirement)
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statement for owner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Accounting/Office Management experience
- Experience with inventory
- Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Background will be viewed
- Drug free environment
