Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conducts facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and / or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and / or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
What your background should look like :
Educational Degree : Technician in maintenance and electricity
Professional Experience : More than 3 years of professional experience in the field of GFS
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills :
- Five or more years of facilities hands-on experience.
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetical ability.
- Organizational skills, time management and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and their use.
- Complete tasks assigned in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work 75% inside and 25% outside.
Other important things to note : the candidate can move between TE plants according to the instructions of their manager.
