Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, sales, technology, and operations strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to align goals and objectives
- Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Manage P&L (sales and gross margin) for assigned portfolio
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product management, sales, business development, or relevant field
- 4-year technical or business degree required
- High-speed interconnect product or industry experience desired
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary range of $137,300 - $205,900, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
Location
This position is based on the West Coast of the United States and requires relocation.
