Job Overview

The Engineering Administrative Specialist provides support for day to day, Northborough development site activities. The administrative support III position interacts with all functions located at the Northborough Bulk Cable Development Lab.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interacting with outside contractors for the following but not limited to: Cleaning/Janitorial services, equipment repair/maintenance, trash services.
- Entering indirect purchase requisitions.
- Maintaining all office supplies.
- Assisting with office schedules.
- Take & Maintain meeting notes.
- Creating Shipping documents (Commercial invoices, packing lists).
- Packaging sample shipments.
- Interacting with transportation services: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LTLs, Freight Forwarders etc.
- Interface with corporate logistics.
- Support SAFE Activities.
- Support ISO Activities.
- Maintain Northborough procedures for areas including: ISO, Laboratory (Physical, SI & Product) plus EH&S.
- Provide any support for any activities or projects necessary to support the business.
- 1-3 years of Manufacturing administrative support experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Good computer skills a required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point a must.
- Knowledge of SAP a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Not easily discouraged.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $53,900 – 80,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary Incentive(s) Benefits
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
Salary : $53,900 - $80,800
