Job Overview
As a TE Connectivity Engineering Manager, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams to create a safer, more sustainable, and connected world. Your role will involve defining technical road maps aligned with market directions and communicating across Business Units to share applicable technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resource scheduling and tests to maximize lab utilization while meeting project deadlines and communicate with customers.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Manage inventory of high voltage testing equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and retirement planning.
- Evaluate new technologies and equipment upgrades to enhance lab capabilities.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Engineer in High Voltage Testing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in high voltage testing (35kV ), and 2 years in a leadership role.
What We Offer:
