Job Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a proven background in managing a highly technical group of professional engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both the engineering and facilities resources across the value streams
- Participates in daily meetings with the value stream team aimed at identifying and resolving process issues quickly
- Conducts audits of the manufacturing processes to ensure all safety, quality, and process standards are being followed
- Ensures that the processes deployed by the manufacturing team are performing at the designed efficiencies
Requirements:
- B.S. Engineering degree or related
- Minimum of 8 years applicable including supervision/management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt training/Black belt preferred
- In-Depth knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods and systems
- Proficient in advanced problem-solving skills including statistical analysis
