Job Overview
The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit is currently seeking a plant controller to support its Fairvew, NC plant. The Plant Controller must be an exceptional Business Partner to the plant manager and his / her teams. This position is responsible for pulling together all plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level, and up-leveling results for review by global management. The role reports directly to the Sr. Mgr. Controller, with a strong dotted line to the Plant Manager.
Please note : This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software / source code, hardware, or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. What your background should look like :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
Fluent in English, and Spanish would be a plus.
5 - 10 years of Finance experience in a manufacturing environment - Required
Accomplished knowledge in standard costing, variance analysis, cost accounting, cost analysis, and reporting matters.
Strong background in Financial Analysis and Forecasting Modelling.
Prior finance experience in general accounting principles and processes.
Understanding of financial drivers and their impact within a manufacturing environment
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence concepts.
Proficient in understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and other Supply Chain matters
Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and BI tools.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience : $125,120-187,680 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience / qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
