Manufacturing Systems Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join our team at TE Connectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting varied manufacturing projects, including process improvements and cost reduction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency
- Support new product and process introduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals for automation and capacity growth
- Establish standard costs and load and update the SAP system for BOMs and process routings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or manufacturing - or related discipline
- 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
