Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Management Expert to lead our high voltage laboratory team in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, managing a team of technicians and engineers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing inventory of high voltage testing equipment, coordinating projects, and implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of test results.
Responsibilities: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in high voltage testing, including 2 years in leadership roles. You should also have proven project management abilities, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in the areas of high voltage systems and insulation testing.
