What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Specialist position at TE Technology?
Maintains in good order, all records and files, and ensures the safekeeping of all company records, utilizing BambooHR.
Helps coordinate the employment, application, and interviewing process.
Ensures the completion of medical and physical forms.
Prepares Separation Notices on assigned employees, and submits to supervisor for review, signature, and processing.
Communicates promptly and courteously with office staff about personnel transaction problems that cannot be resolved. Informs supervisor promptly of any difficulties that cannot be resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner.
Communicates, coordinates and processes Benefits packages for new employees and during open enrollment periods.
Provides full and accurate information to employees regarding Profit Sharing and 401K processes and requirements.
Plans and coordinates employee events.
Properly processes and maintains PTO schedule and leave records according to established guidelines.
Maintains Training Matrix, communicates with Supervisors in advance of training deadlines. Maintains records of training.
Provides support as needed with the Sales, Accounting and Procurement departments.
Performs any other duty or task as may be assigned from time to time by the Human Resources Director.
