Overview
Tea Leaf Realty is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support our managing broker and team of agents. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet quick deadlines. The real estate industry is fast-paced and complex, therefore our executive assistant must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to time-sensitive emails, prepare documents, and manage correspondence for the managing broker. Our team is passionate about serving our clients and the local community which requires several community-centered events throughout the year. The executive assistant will support our team in organizing, planning, and preparing for these events in addition to managing the team’s moving truck availability and client reservations. Some in-office hours may be required each week, but overall this position can be done remotely. Weekly attendance of Zoom meetings and phone calls with our team and managing broker are required. This position can allow for a very flexible schedule but may require availability via phone and email throughout the week, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling Zoom meetings, and coordinating in-person meetings and events.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Email and Calendar is preferred.
- Previous experience in executive administrative support or similar roles is desirable but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with strong clerical skills for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
