**Job Title: Barista** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you are passionate about coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Uphold food safety standards at all times - Assist in food preparation as needed - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing **Experience:** - Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Experience in food service industry is beneficial - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Basic understanding of retail math for transactions - Ability to multitask in a busy environment - Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different blends and brewing methods **Requirements:** - Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor - Ability to work well in a team setting - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team as a Barista and indulge your love for coffee while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
