Barista and Cashier

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment while meeting daily operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coffee and the food industry is highly desirable.
