The Office Manager is responsible for providing exceptional clerical support to the principal and supporting various administrative tasks. This includes greeting visitors, taking messages, typing reports and bulletins, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for giving information to the public regarding school activities and assisting school personnel as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for collecting and receiving monies as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional clerical support to the principal
- Greet visitors and take messages
- Maintain accurate records of students and staff
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Give information to the public regarding school activities
- Assist school personnel as assigned
- Collect and receipt monies as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
- Satisfactory preparations in business education and English
- Maintains an accurate filing system
- Possesses general bookkeeping skills
- Ability to compose letters
- Knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, Email, and office equipment
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and must possess organizational skills
- Ability to relate well with students
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
