Teach Us ABA is currently seeking self-motivated individuals that want to support and foster independence for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavioral Technicians/RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, community or center. Within this role you will be implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills, fine and gross motor skills and more!

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Implementation of ABA programing and behavior intervention plans under direction of BCBA.
- Collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and their families.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with BCBA, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client.
- Provide support and coaching to parents and caregivers.
- Ability to provide 1:1 support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Physical requirements may vary with each client. Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to provide therapy across multiple settings (home/community/center).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
