Client Reporting Transformation Analyst

The Client Reporting Center of Excellence has global coverage of client reporting needs across all of Nuveen's Public and Private Products. As part of this mandate, the team is tasked with a number of objectives, such as:

• Assessing how we get information to clients sooner in the reporting cycle through automation and process improvement
• Identifying areas we can provide more exhaustive data quality checks and uncover any issue pattern that require remediation
• Coordinating any narrative and commentary inputs required in reporting deliverables
• Staying in tune with industry trends and evolving client demands to ensure we're delivering the right types information to our clients

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The following duties are generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:

You will be accountable for managing a number of critical projects that support the Reporting Center of Excellence meet their strategic objectives, partnering with the broader Global Client Services team as well as cross-functional partners across Nuveen. Some examples of projects and types of support required:

• To standardize reporting across our global Private and Public platforms, gathering current state requirements of current client outputs to recommend where standardization is possible
• Incorporating ESG reports to recommend target state outputs to share with Nuveen clients
• To support report automation efforts, work with Reporting Center of Excellence lead to gather requirements that can be consumed by IT and Operational partners
• Develop frameworks to help prioritize a large (and growing) list of change efforts across the Reporting Center of Excellence
• Identify and track program milestones to understand where escalation and resourcing is required to get initiatives back on track

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of financial services industry experience (with a preference for asset management experience)

Preferred:

• 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Digital Transformation roles within the Financial Services/Asset Management Industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to solve complex problems involving multiple functions and technologies Deep knowledge and experience supporting complex investment products for a global firm
• Highly effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise with all levels of staff, management, and external constituents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage several items simultaneously in a timely and organized manner, with keen attention to detail and confidentiality
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project)

Base Pay Range: $72,600/yr. - $117,200/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
