Reporting directly to and working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our digital strategy.

In the first year, you’ll oversee the redevelopment of two core websites while also establishing a vision for the long-term management and optimization of all four brand sites. Beyond redesigns, you’ll ensure the ongoing performance, functionality, and strategic alignment of these websites with broader marketing goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
Website Strategy & User Experience:
- Drive Business Success: Position websites as critical marketing channels that generate leads, engage users, and achieve business objectives.
- Customer-Focused Design: Create visually compelling, user-friendly websites that guide customers along their journey and inspire action.
- Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure website content and functionality align with overarching campaigns and business goals.
- Partnership: Collaborate regularly with the Senior Director of Marketing &Communications to align web initiatives with marketing strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the creative, graphic design, content, and SEO teams to deliver cohesive and impactful web experiences.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external developers, SEO vendors, and other partners to ensure high-quality results.
- Ongoing Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of four brand websites, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Analytics Expertise: Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4 to track performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- SEO Integration: Work closely with SEO vendors to ensure best practices are applied and maintain a competitive digital presence.
- HubSpot Connectivity: Oversee seamless integration between the websites and HubSpot, enabling effective lead tracking and marketing automation.
- Forms & Data Management: Build and manage web forms to capture data efficiently and integrate with backend systems.
- Cutting-Edge Platforms: While WordPress is the primary platform, evaluate and recommend other platformslike Webflow to ensure the best fit for our needs across four brands
- Modern Design Leadership: Push boundaries with fresh, forward-thinking web designs that stand out in competitive markets.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovative, high-performing websites.
- Website Redevelopment: Lead the redesign of two key websites within the first year, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
- Transparency & Accountability: Use Monday.com to provide clear project management, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress across the team.
- Self-Driven Leadership: Take ownership of web projects, driving them forward independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Experience: 5 years of web management experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, results-driven website projects.
- Design Skills: Exceptional design skillswith a keen eye for creating visually compelling, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of WordPress and Google Analytics 4 is required. Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Builder, or similar is preferred
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic.
- Marketing Alignment: Proven ability to align web strategy with broader marketing goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration: A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers is preferred
- Experience in education or social impact sectors is helpful
