JOB SUMMARY: The Business Office Specialist provides accounting support to the Central Business Office team and is a resource for faculty, staff, parents and students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the businessoffice@crxcs.org inbox and respond to emails or forward to the appropriate person.
- Sort central business office mail and ensure that it is given to the appropriate recipient.

Act as a resource to parent organizations and activity moderators for all events including but not limited to:
- Concessions – high school and middle schools
- Xtravaganza Show Choir competition
- Booster Club golf outing
- Prom and homecoming
- Dues – trapshooting, dance team
- Sport team meals
- Speech contest
- Team fundraisers
- Fall Fest

Prepare monthly financials for the Xavier Booster Club
- Determine quarterly allocation and work with XBC and Controller to verify and schedule the transfer.
- Enter memberships and concession sales.
- Maintain petty cash and manage the cash request and collection process for all schools. Including, but not limited to, delivering cash bags to schools and picking up after the event has occurred.
- Assist the Accounts Payable Manager.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Reconcile all Visa card activity.
- Assist with and reconcile Amazon Business Account.
- Support for annual audit.
- Assist Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
