Perform routine clerical / secretarial duties:
Post open positions and forward applications to the hiring manager
Organize Academic Excellence Banquet
Send registration letter and materials to parents
Responsible for outstanding registration fees letters
Complete State Reporting - SRI 3x per year
Manage the Student Information System (SIS) PowerSchool
Adjust fees for free/reduced in PowerSchool
Update SCED Codes
Responsible for CTE Reporting (SCERTA)
Responsible for District building fund accountant
Responsible for entering all student schedules into PowerSchool
Collaborates with the school counselor on scheduling and concurrent enrollment with NICC and Kirkwood
Responsible for records requests for incoming and outgoing students
Responsible for tracking concurrent enrollment progress
Responsible for open enrollment paperwork
Track and communicate add/drop students
Responsible for collecting staff leave sheets & medical notes
Enter all staff absences on Software Unlimited
Responsible for District Newsletter
Responsible to certify enrollment
Responsible for district wide communication and text alerts
Responsible for updating the course catalog
Responsible for organizing the CTE advisory committee
District contact for DFS
Responsible for district website maintenance
Prepare money boxes for all events
Other duties as assigned
