What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Associate position at TeachIowa?
The Keota Community School District is looking for an Associate for the 2024-2025 school year for our district (PK-6) education program to start immediately.
This position will assist the classroom teachers at all levels to achieve teaching objectives by working with individual students or small groups in the general classroom and preschool classroom settings.
The applicant must have or be willing to obtain one of the following requirements:
- Paraeducator Certificate with the endorsements of level 1: Generalist and level 2: early childhood PK-3
OR
- Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or two years of college and have a professional development plan to deepen knowledge in Early Childhood education.
