Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Professionally represent and promote clients’ products and services within key retail locations.
- Leadership Development: Receive mentorship and training in leadership, team management, and customer relations.
- Strategy Execution: Help develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue and meeting company objectives.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs focused on direct-to-consumer marketing, sales techniques, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation to our office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of leadership experience (e.g., in sports, volunteer work, or previous jobs).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
