Associate Attorney
Summary:
Growing litigation firm practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, business/insurance disputes, and family law is in search of an associate attorney with minimum 2 years litigation experience who wants to manage cases from initial work-up to trial.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to facilitate case progression
- In personal injury cases, negotiate claims with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
- 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to work ON-SITE
- Desire for litigation work in Texas state courts (civil and family)
- Desire to grow with practice
- Bilingual a plus (esp. Mandarin fluency)
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
