The Director of Operations and Maintenance will oversee and lead offshore operations and maintenance teams, collaborating with partners as needed to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of offshore facilities, such as FPSOs and FLNGs. This role is critical in optimizing production, upholding safety standards, and maintaining operational integrity while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years in offshore oil and gas operations and maintenance, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing offshore facilities and leading large operational teams.
- Experience with maintenance systems, budgeting, and resource management.
- Deep understanding of offshore oil and gas operations, equipment, and systems.
- Strong understanding of offshore safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with operations and maintenance management software.
