Role Description - Brief Summary of Team Member's Role
The Installed Services & Post-Construction Specialist takes Extreme Ownership in ensuring excellence in residential new-construction project installations, including but not limited to finish hardware in kitchens, bathrooms, door hardware, cabinetry and trim carpentry, warranty and rental service requests, and miscellaneous other punch list and repair items as needed. With a hands-on approach and expert-level proficiency in a diverse toolset, the Installed Services & Post-Construction Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and value of our homes, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our projects.

- Live up to Team 2020's culture and core values.
- Ensure excellence and precision in the completion of installed services during vertical construction as well as post-construction services to
- include due diligence requests, warranty services, and rental service requests.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the construction team and warranty coordinator to ensure seamless integration of installations within project and due diligence timelines.
- Monitor tool and equipment inventory and perform routine maintenance.
- Track and document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities as well as time and money spent
- Perform “Daily” Logs in Buildertrend at each jobsite on every visit.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and hardware supplies required for the job.
- Address and resolve miscellaneous punch list and repair items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 100% of scheduled installation and post-construction projects completed on spec (time/budget/quality)
- Achieve a 95% or higher satisfaction rate from construction teams.
- Maintain a 100% safety record and comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies
- Maintain 100% callback-free projects (from the construction team during construction and from the warranty team post-construction)
- Conduct quality control inspections on 100% of installations before handover.
- Provide feedback every week on your morale, stress, and workload using the 2020 Builders weekly report tool.
Must Haves
- Previous construction labor experience.
- Familiarity with all construction materials in a residential home.
- Familiarity with common tools and usage.
- Working knowledge of Plumbing, well, HVAC, Electrical, and Septic/Sewer relating to home function.
- Hard skills: measure and cut, painting, drywall repair, leveling, bracing, nailing, etc.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to work off of a ladder and can work in a crawlspace or under a porch.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including [extreme temperatures, inclement weather, etc.].
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Medical clearance required from approved provider; any cost associated absorbed by Fences, Floors, and More.
Salary : $67,000 - $79,200
