We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) sales specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in seller-financed homes. In this role, you’ll guide buyers through the seller-financing process, helping individuals and families secure homeownership opportunities that may not be available through traditional financing.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential buyers through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct consultations to assess buyers’ needs and financial situations.
- Educate buyers on seller financing, addressing any concerns to build trust.
- Coordinate property tours and match buyers with available homes.
- Assist buyers with paperwork and guide them through the financing process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed on market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience from lead to closing.
- Sales experience (2 years required), preferably in real estate or finance.
- Fluency in Spanish & English (required).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
- Comfort with CRM software and sales tools.
- Basic real estate knowledge (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus, but training is provided).
