In this role, you’ll guide buyers through the seller-financing process, helping individuals and families secure homeownership opportunities that may not be available through traditional financing.
Responsibilities
Connect with potential buyers through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct consultations to assess buyers’ needs and financial situations.
Educate buyers on seller financing, addressing any concerns to build trust.
Coordinate property tours and match buyers with available homes.
Assist buyers with paperwork and guide them through the financing process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed on market trends.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience from lead to closing.
Requirements
Sales experience (2 years required), preferably in real estate or finance.
Fluency in Spanish & English (required).
Strong Communication Skills And a Passion For Helping Others.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized.
Comfort with CRM software and sales tools.
Basic real estate knowledge (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus, but training is provided).
