- We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Engage with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
- Respond to sales inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and process orders efficiently.
- Gather and apply in-depth product knowledge to educate and assist customers effectively.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Address customer concerns and resolve order discrepancies with professionalism and care.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer needs and boost sales.
- Work full-time hours, 45-50 hours/week.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills, excelling in verbal and written communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
