Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional in-home care while fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources in a collaborative environment.- Coordinate care plans, ensuring smooth transitions, quality service, and effective communication with clients, families, and care professionals.
- Oversee training for specialized care, provide training in care pro meetings, and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Maintain accurate client records, including documentation of visits, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Develop & implement schedules with Lead Care Pros to meet goals and operational service hours.
- Build relationships with referral sources to drive operational goals.
- Resolve client concerns by collaborating with families on service plans, developing creative solutions for client-related issues, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Support service consultations and care planning for potential clients.

We seek a Client Services Manager to lead and manage the client services team to meet our operational goals. In this role, you will uphold Home Instead's core values in every interaction while developing and maintaining a measurable Quality Assurance (QA) program to ensure our clients' trust and satisfaction. Our Ideal Client Services Manager:
- Experienced: 2 years of previous leadership, customer service, office management, or administrative experience preferred – minimum of a high school diploma (further education preferred).
- Leadership: Someone who can lead a team and build positive relationships.
- Organized: Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Adaptable: Available & flexible to work overtime, evenings, or weekends if needed.
- Driven: Strong desire to help others with a focus on growth and achieving goals.
- Flexible & High Energy: Adaptable to changing needs and able to maintain high energy in a dynamic environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
