Great Lakes Commercial Roofing LLC is actively seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our team of installers, using a hands-on leadership approach while collaborating closely with the project manager during installations. Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Foreman:
- Experience: 2-4 years of commercial/flat roof experience is required.
- Clearances Required: Due to our work with schools, government buildings, and high-security facilities, all employees must pass a federal criminal background check and drug test and have a clean driving record for the past five years.
- Certifications: OSHA training & Certifications are preferred.
- Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers.
- Computer Skills: Familiar with basic computer programs and software; comfortable learning new tools as needed.
- Organized: Able to work efficiently and effectively.
- Disciplined & Dependable: To maintain high-quality work, you must be reliable, dedicated, and committed to your team.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read & follow orders for each project.
- Self-motivated: Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started, and drives tasks to completion.
- Active: This is a working foreperson position. Must be able to perform manual labor, operate power tools, lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crawl.
