- Be the friendly, welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our software while providing key hotel information
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in person
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed billing records
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and security
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic hospitality environment

Our Ideal Front Desk Manager/Agent:
- Experienced: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Must have a high school diploma.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills; experience with Opera hotel management software is a plus.
- Hospitality-minded: Genuinely enjoys interacting with guests, creating a welcoming experience, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong Communicator: Engages professionally with guests and team members, ensuring clear, friendly, and effective communication.
- Problem-solver & Detail-Focused: Handles guests' concerns patiently and professionally while keeping track of details to ensure smooth operations.
- Fast-paced Thinker: Stays organized while juggling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries in a busy hotel environment.
- Physically Capable: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 20-30 lbs. occasionally.
