If you have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and installation processes and enjoy working directly with customers, we'd love to have you on our team.Our Ideal HVAC Sales Representative : Experience : Previous experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or a related field preferred. Must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and installation processes. Familiarity with financing options and rebate programs is a plus.Technical Aptitude : Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to assess customer needs. Capable of explaining technical information clearly to homeowners.Detailed Problem-solver : Able to evaluate existing equipment, take accurate measurements, and recommend solutions; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong Communicator : Personable, professional, and confident in negotiating, presenting, and closing sales. Ability to travel to & manage multiple appointments daily while maintaining excellent customer service.Independent & Reliable : Self-motivated, independent worker who responds to customer questions and follow-ups. High integrity, trustworthy, and dependable.Computer Skills : Basic computer skills are required; experience with CRM software is preferred. Familiarity with Payzerware is a plus.Active : Must be able to navigate a homeowner's property, climb a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and kneel as needed for evaluations.
